Hi [NAME DELETED],

We handle most everything from general questions to quality concerns via email here at Blurb and only some things via regular mail. What is it you’d like to do? Please let me know what you have in mind and I can either assist you via email or give you the best mailing address for your concern.

Best regards,

Michael

I am editing a wikipedia page that requires a citation of the physical address of Blurb, Inc.  Please supply me with whatever address is appropriate for these matters — even if it is just a P.O. Box.

Thanks again,

Hi [NAME DELETED],

We don’t have a PO box address that I can give you. And If you’re referring to the page here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blurb,_In
we actually prefer to *not* have our physical address on that page–simply because we’ve found that results in people circumventing our support process and either mailing in their books without contacting us first (which could cause it to be lost) or walking into the office, which we’re also not set up for.

As most people looking for an address tend to have a support need, we’d much rather have support.blurb.comlisted as the best way to get hold of us. (And for those who really need it, such as when filing a concern regarding copyright, our address can be found on our site with just a bit of searching).

If we had a PO box alternate I’d be happy to give it to you but hopefully you understand now why we prefer to leave our street address of such an entry.

Best regards,

Michael

Unfortunately, I’ll have to add what you said to the page, rather than an actual address (for reference purposes only).  It’s a little disheartening to know that your customers [the people who support Blurb] simply annoy you when they mail you things.  Hope it doesn’t look too bad when it goes online.
